Because Utility Drivers may provide coverage until a permanent Sales & Service Representative is hired, successful candidates should also be comfortable helping train and develop new employees before transitioning the route to them. New Utility Drivers should expect approximately six weeks of hands-on training with experienced Sales & Service Representatives before being fully independent in the role.
