Employer FAQ
When does the 30-day placement begin?
The placement begins when the reviewed job is approved and published, not when payment is submitted.
What happens if my listing is not approved?
Listings must be genuine waste, recycling, sanitation, hauling, environmental-services, or closely related openings. A rejected listing is eligible for a refund.
What does the zero-click guarantee include?
If a Featured or Spotlight listing records zero application-link clicks during its initial 30-day placement, you may request one additional 30-day run at no charge. It is an extension, not a cash refund.
Does the listing renew automatically?
No. Every package is a one-time payment and does not auto-renew.
