Wastemanagement Jobs is an online board for searching waste management, recycling, and sanitation listings. Applications are completed on third-party employer or job source websites. We do not guarantee employment, applicants, or publication.

3. Accounts and Applications

The Service does not currently offer user accounts or accept resumes and job applications. Follow an Apply Now link to review and use the destination website's terms.

4. Job Seekers

As a job seeker, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for legitimate job-seeking purposes
• Review the destination website before providing personal information
• Verify job details directly with the employer

5. Employers

As an employer, you agree to:

• Post only legitimate job opportunities
• Provide accurate job descriptions and company information
• Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
• Provide a working application URL and employer contact email

Submissions are reviewed and may be rejected, edited, removed, or left unpublished. Submission does not guarantee publication or a particular review time. Paid placements begin when an approved listing is published. Rejected listings are eligible for a refund; published placements are otherwise non-refundable.

Featured and Homepage Spotlight listings that record zero application-link clicks during their initial 30-day placement may request one additional 30-day placement at no charge. This extension is the sole zero-click remedy and is not a cash refund. Packages are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against any user
• Scrape or collect data from our Service without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Wastemanagement Jobs, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Wastemanagement Jobs or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL FIND EMPLOYMENT OR SUITABLE CANDIDATES THROUGH OUR SERVICE. THIRD-PARTY LISTINGS AND LINKS MAY CHANGE OR EXPIRE; VERIFY MATERIAL TERMS WITH THE EMPLOYER.

9. Limitation of Liability
