Job Description

Roll Off Driver – Fort Wayne, IN
$30/Hour | $1,500 In-State Sign-On Bonus | $2,500 Out-of-State Sign-On Bonus
Parker Towing, a division of Guardian Fleet Services, is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Roll Off Driver to safely deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers at construction sites, commercial properties, industrial facilities, and residential locations while maintaining compliance with all DOT and company safety standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Safely operate and inspect company vehicles and roll off equipment
  • Secure loads and ensure proper weight distribution to uphold safety standards
  • Deliver containers to designated locations while adhering to local, state, and federal regulations
  • Follow all company and DOT safety regulations
  • Complete daily inspections and required documentation
  • Communicate with dispatch and customers professionally
Qualifications
  • Class A CDL
  • Must be able to operate manual transmission vehicles
  • Minimum 2 years of roll off experience
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Basic mechanical and technology skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent climbing, bending, pulling, reaching, and crawling
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
