Jaxle Junk Removal is a growing local junk removal company serving the Greater Cleveland area. We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Driver / Crew Member who isn’t afraid of physical work and wants to be part of a growing company.

This is not just a driving position. You’ll be working directly with customers, removing furniture and junk, completing cleanouts, helping with light demolition projects, loading the truck efficiently, and driving our company cargo van between jobs and disposal/donation locations.

What You’ll Do

* Drive the company junk removal van safely to customer jobs throughout the Cleveland area

* Remove and load furniture, appliances, household junk, construction debris, and other items

* Complete apartment, house, garage, basement, storage unit, and estate cleanouts

* Assist with light demolition projects such as decks, kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets, and similar removal work

* Properly use tools such as drills, saws, pry bars, dollies, and other demolition/removal equipment

* Load the van efficiently to maximize available space

* Transport items to transfer stations, recycling facilities, and donation centers

* Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers

* Protect customers’ homes and property while removing items

* Keep the truck, equipment, and work areas clean and organized

* Take before-and-after photos when required

* Work safely and efficiently with other crew members

* Help make sure every customer receives excellent service

What We’re Looking For

* Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record

* Comfortable driving a large cargo van

* Dependable and punctual

* Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy furniture and other bulky items

* Comfortable working indoors and outdoors and going up and down stairs

* Comfortable with physical work, dirt, dust, and demolition environments

* Able to work well as part of a small team

* Professional appearance and attitude around customers

* Able to follow instructions while also using good judgment on the job

* Honest and respectful with customers, coworkers, company property, and items removed from jobs

Previous junk removal, moving, construction, demolition, landscaping, delivery, or similar hands-on experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.

Pay: Starting at $17/hour
