Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailers equipped with vacuum systems for the transportation of liquids, sludge, and hazardous materials
• Load and unload cargo using manual handling techniques, ensuring secure placement in compliance with logistics cargo handling standards
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems, adhering to over-the-road (OTR) driving routes and schedules
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, cargo details, and delivery documentation in accordance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations
• Conduct routine inspections of trucks, including vacuum tank , and pump , and other specialized equipment to ensure optimal functioning
• Comply with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations
• Load and unload water at various locations, ensuring proper securing of loads according to truck loading and unloading protocols

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record, preferably with endorsements for Hazmat and tanker operations
• Proven experience in commercial truck driving, including delivery driving and route driving across long distances (Over the Road routes)
• Familiarity vacuum tank, pump
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT rules
• Ability to handle manual transmission trucks confidently and perform manual handling tasks safely
• Strong understanding of oil field locations

Pay: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour
