CDL Drivers | Local Routes | Home Daily | Full-Time & Part-Time
Cavossa Disposal Corporation is hiring CDL Class A & B Drivers to join our growing team on Cape Cod!
NOW HIRING:
- Commercial Front Load Drivers – 1+ openings
- Roll-Off Drivers – 2+ openings
We're looking for dependable, experienced drivers who take pride in their work. Drivers interested in cross-training on multiple truck types are especially encouraged to apply!
$500 EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS!

What You'll Drive
Our immediate needs are Front Load and Roll-Off, but opportunities may also include:
- Residential / ASL
- Swap Load & Material Delivery
- Tractor Trailer (Class A)
Want variety? Drivers may cross-train between divisions to help cover vacations, increased workloads, and operational needs.
Manual transmission experience preferred! Class A drivers interested in Tractor Trailer work MUST be able to operate an 18-speed manual transmission.
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL Class A or B and DOT Medical Card
- Acceptable driving record
- Front Load or Roll-Off experience strongly preferred
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable with physical work
- Strong communication with Dispatch and Operations
- Willingness to assist across divisions when needed
Experience in waste collection, construction, excavation, or material hauling is a plus!
Schedule
Full-Time & Part-Time Available!
Schedules vary by division, with some early morning starts (12:00–3:00 AM). Part-time opportunities may be available for drivers interested in 2–3 days per week.
