Welcome to the Team! We are seeking a dedicated, curteous, hardworking Driver/Laborer/Customer Service Staff Member to Join us in a Busy Fall Season, as soon as possible.

The Ideal Candidate has the Following Qualifications:

• Friendly Professional: Is naturally a great customer service person.
• Driver’s License: Valid standard driver’s license required.
• Age Requirement: Must be 21 years old.
• Work Experience: Truck Driving, General Labor, Junk Removal, Moving, Construction, Landscaping, Handyman Work, Customer Service, Sales.
• On-Time Importance: Shows up for Work On-Time and Regularly without failure or excuses, Exhibits Commitment and follow through on a Daily Basis.
• Coachable Personality: Must be willing to learn, adapt, problem solve, have a "Yes" attitude, be positive, workable, energetic, friendly, and professional.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Can adapt quickly and looks to initiate solutions first.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift heavy weight repeatedly without objections.
• Versatile Schedule: Each day is different. There are scheduling patterns but start times and end times will vary. Candidate understands this and is willing to work whatever hours necessary on the days committed.
• Company Growth: With good performance, there are opportunities for hourly increases, bonuses, and advancement in the company.

Overview:

As the Driver for the Truck, you will be responsible for Following the Schedule for the Day, using caution on the road going to and from customers. Your job will be to Safely get to each destination, Moving & Removing Furniture and general household/office items, while providing Excellent Customer Service to our clients on Each Job. This role requires Commitment to your Workdays, that You are On-Time for Work, physical stamina/strength, Attention to Detail, versatility, working collaboratively with others, Treating Our Customers like Gold in a Fast-Paced Environment.

Objective: As Driver and a Truck Team Member for us, you’ll play an important role in delivering the very best local customer service experiences and making our customers appointments safely and on time while pushing towards daily sales efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Safe, Experienced Driver: Someone that has driven a "bigger truck" before. Could be a moving truck, dump truck, landscaping trailer, etc. Someone that enjoys driving commercial vehicles and has professional experience with it.
• Past Job Experience: Moving, Junk Removal, Landscaping, General Labor, Construction, Maintenance, Real Estate, Sales, Customer Service.
• Dependable: Must be Reliable, committed, have a "do what you say you are going to do" mentality, never bail or show up late for work, and be someone we can count on who fits in with our team each shift.
• Sales & Customer Service Experience: This is a HUGE plus. Our customer is our number one priority, and we are committed to excellence in the category of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Your Work-Start Punctuality & Customer Service are #1: We have a schedule for the day and customers that we committed to that are counting on us. It starts with You as the Driver being on time so that we can make that happen. Be on time for work to get the day started and treat customers like gold once you are there. You'll be off to a great start with us!
• Driving & Overall Truck Safety: Always be cautious, committed to using the rules of the road, work with your truck partner for challenging situations.
• Perform Junk Removal/Moving/Labor with Efficiency: All jobs are on a schedule and therefore on a timer. Set goals will be in mind on each job with moderate and heavy lifting included.
• Sales Efforts: Our mission everyday is to keep growing our company. You will not only be responsible to do estimates and close them but also keeping in mind that you represent a brand and part of your job duties is to be an excellent salesperson for us and grow that brand.
• Professionalism: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a professional appearance in uniform.

Qualifications:

• Driver’s License: Valid standard driver’s license required.
• Age Requirement: Must be 21 years old.

Exceptions:

• 18, 19, 20 year olds can apply, hourly rate is $17. Also if you do not have a valid drivers license but are in Beverly or a bordering town, you can apply at $17 per hour.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
