Septic Technician / CDL Driver / Pump Truck Driver

Superior Septic is looking to add a FULL-TIME Septic Technician (Pump Truck Driver) to our team!

This is an entry-level position with no prior septic experience required—we’ll train you! However, a valid CDL is required to be considered.

What You'll Really Be Doing:

This is much more than just driving a truck. Our pump truck technicians are hands-on professionals who:

• Locate and dig up septic tank lids
• Pump out and clean septic tanks
• Haul and manage hoses
• Perform system inspections
• Communicate with homeowners and team members
• Maintain equipment and keep trucks clean and organized

You'll gain valuable, on-the-job experience in the septic industry—including how systems function, what goes into real estate inspections and permitting, and a deeper understanding of plumbing-related issues.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required.
• Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the day.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
