Roll-Off Truck Driver ** Local ** (3 yrs CDL Exp Req)

Roll Off Truck Driver is responsible for the hauling of waste debris from residential and commercial customers to landfill sites.

The Roll Truck Driver position is Monday - Friday 7 - 5. We offer an incentive pay for each order completed after the regular daily orders.

Requirements:

1. Legally eligible to work in the United States

2. Valid class A or B Commercial Driver's License

3. Valid DOT Medical Card

4. Zero points on Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

5. Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug screen, background screening

6. Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations

7. Must have at least 3 years of valid CDL truck driving experience

8. Must complete an onsite pre-trip inspection of the vehicle

Responsibilities

The driver is responsible for performing assigned duties on roll-off delivery and hauling routes. This physically strenuous position involves mounting and dismounting a heavy-duty truck many times each day as well as numerous trips to a landfill.

Routes may require drivers to navigate through congested communities and confined or tight areas in city and suburban locations. Backing skills are essential as a large percentage of the time spent servicing customers is done in reverse. Our drivers routinely climb in and out of the truck cab to service customer accounts and at times need to climb on the containers to smooth loads or secure tarps for transport. In addition, the position involves lifting (up to 50 - 75 pounds), pushing, pulling, and bending.

Our drivers must have safe driving records and the ability to communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and our customer service department.

Drivers must be able to read and understand a map and GPS, manually fill out work orders, as well as complete pre and post trip truck inspections. This position will require you to work in all weather conditions including extreme hot or cold, wet or dry conditions.

Pay: $800.00 - $900.00 per week
