We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our growing team. Experience in junk removal is preferred but not required. We provide paid, hands-on training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Safely remove furniture, appliances, construction debris, and other unwanted items
• Lift and carry heavy items throughout the day
• Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized truck
• Work efficiently while treating customers' property with care
• Work as part of a team to complete daily jobs

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Must have reliable personal transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift 75–150+ pounds repeatedly
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard
• Excellent time management and punctuality
• Respectful, professional attitude
• Positive mindset and willingness to learn
• Customer service oriented
• Experience preferred, but not required—training is provided

Requirements

• Must pass a background check
• Drug-free workplace (no drug use)
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be dependable and arrive on time every day
