Construction Laborer

We are a growing interior demolition and debris removal company seeking reliable, hard-working individuals with driving and construction experience to join our team. As our company continues to expand, we are looking for skilled team players who take pride in their work and want to grow with a fast-moving operation.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable hard working individuals with some construction experience. If you have experience driving small Dump Trucks & Roll-Off Driver (CDL a plus) with a clean driving record that is also a plus. Responsibilities include, hauling and disposing of construction debris, loading trucks and dumpsters, disasembling kitchens, bathrooms, drywall, framing, flooring, and assisting with interior demolition when needed, loading of debris into our trucks and dumpsters, and providing professional customer service on every job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely load, transport, and dispose of debris from job sites.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and materials as needed
• Perform interior demolition tasks including removal of walls, flooring, cabinets, fixtures, and other materials
• Operate hand tools and basic demolition equipment
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow safety procedures and job site guidelines
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications:

• Previous construction, demolition, or general labor experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• CDL driver’s license is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• $19–$24 per hour (based on experience)
