Salary

$16-20/hour plus tips and bonus

Duties

• Operate dump trucks to transport junk from customer locations to disposal sites
• Load and unload debris safely using mechanical knowledge and proper lifting techniques
• Drive commercial vehicles with manual transmissions across different routes while adhering to all safety regulations
• Assist customers with debris removal requests, ensuring clear communication and professional service
• Conduct pre-trip inspections on trucks to maintain vehicle safety and compliance with transportation standards
• Maintain accurate records of loads transported and disposal documentation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient job completion and uphold company standards for cleanliness and safety

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with experience driving heavy-duty trucks such as dump truck,
• Proven experience in commercial driving and delivery operations
• Mechanical knowledge related to truck operation and maintenance
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods
• Prior experience in junk removal or related manual labor roles is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
