We are seeking an experienced, motivated and dependable Roll-Off Driver with a valid CDL license to join our team. In this role, you will operate a roll-off to efficiently transport, and dispose of waste and recyclable materials. Your experience combined with mechanical knowledge will ensure safe, timely pickups and while maintaining excellent customer service. This position offers an energetic and supportive work environment where your skills directly contribute to the success of the team.

Duties

• Dependable, motivated, works well in a team setting.
• Safely operate a roll-off trucks, hook truck and rotator truck. to perform waste collection and disposal tasks,
• Drive through designated routes ensuring adherence to traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of pickups, drop-offs, dump slips, box #'s ,box's in need of repair etc.
• Pre & Post trip inspections of trucks for mechanical issues or safety concerns before and after shifts
• Ablilityto clearly communiate with the shop during diagnoses.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate pickups and resolve any issues promptly.

Skills

• Valid CDL B or A license with a clean driving record .
• 1 full year of experience operating roll-off
• Strong mechanical knowledge to identify basic truck issues .
• Proven ability to operate truck.
• Capability to lift 50 lbs
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to commercial driving and heavy equipment operation

Schedule

• Monday–Friday. Saturdays only if neccessary.
• 4:00 AM start
• Local routes only — no overnights

Requirements

• Minimum Class B CDL
• Roll-off experience
• Clean driving record
• Clean Clearinghouse
• Reliable and safety-focused

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
