Experienced Roll-Off Truck Driver

Full-Time Position, Available Immediately

Requirements:

• Commercial Driver’s License: Class A CDL or Class B CDL
• Experience as Roll-Off Truck Driver (1+) We are only interested in candidates who have at least one year of experience driving a Manual Transmission Tandem Roll-Off Truck. Training will be available for CDL Drivers who lack specific knowledge necessary for handling Roll-Off Containers if other attributes are met, such as shifting a manual truck, having a clean driving record, and the ability to physically get into and out of the truck and hook cables onto the dumpsters with ease. This job is more physical than most driving positions because some trucks do not have auto-tarpers, so you must be limber enough to handle those tasks.
• Experience Operating a Manual Transmission Roll-Off Truck (No Automatic Trucks) Ability to conduct routine maintenance and pre-trip inspection of the trucks including, but not limited to, checking tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges and controls. Maintenance includes greasing the truck hoist, rinsing off the lower portion of the vehicle, keeping the cab clean, and filling out regular VCRs (Vehicle Condition Reports) for upkeep.
