CDL Roll Off Driver

Redbox+ Dumpsters of Dallas is a locally owned dumpster and portable toilet provider.

Drive local routes and be home at night. Drive brand new automatic trucks.

Our drivers are responsible for transporting roll-off dumpsters to customer locations and disposal sites across Dallas. They are also required to perform inspections before and after a trip and unload the containers from the trailer to customer facilities. These drivers also follow appropriate safety procedures to transport non-hazardous waste and maintain logs of vehicle repair status and working hours.

The best fit for this role will happily maintain close relationships with project managers, respect homeowners and their property, safely operate a specially equipped roll off trucks, manage time appropriately, love logistics, and won't mind getting a little dirty. We will work with the right candidate to determine the best schedule/hours. The driver will work closely with the owners daily.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivers Roll-Off Dumpsters and Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer job-sites safely
• Provides excellent customer service to customers and homeowners
• Speaks with customers and homeowners to ensure satisfaction
• Maintains relationships with project managers
• Performs Safety Pre-Trip inspections according to DOT guidelines
• Logs Driver Hours as required by DOT guidelines
• Empty containers at disposal sites
• Cleans/Services portable toilets
• Tarps containers during transports
• Empties Wastewater Tank at disposal sites

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• At least 21 years of age
• Must be able to provide current vehicle driver’s license and access to driving record
• Good driving record, required
• Must possess a valid/current Class A or B CDL
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to pass drug tests before and during employment
• Legally able to work in the US
• Excellent time management skills to ensure always on time
• Able to safely operate vehicle in all weather conditions
• Able to navigate high traffic roads, driveways, tight overhead environments
• Highly skilled in backing and maneuvering
• Must be able to interact professionally with customers and maintain professional and courteous behavior towards all members of public
