CDL DRIVER (CLASS A OR CLASS B)

Overview

Septic Specialists LLC is seeking a reliable, experienced, and safety-conscious CDL Driver to join our growing team.

We are looking for an individual who holds a valid Class B CDL at minimum, with a Class A CDL strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, comfortable operating commercial trucks and heavy equipment, and willing to assist with daily field operations as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial trucks and company vehicles.
• Transport equipment, materials, and supplies to and from job sites.
• Load, secure, and unload equipment and materials safely.
• Transport heavy equipment, including excavators and skid steers, as assigned.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure trucks and equipment are properly maintained and in safe operating condition.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
• Assist field crews with loading, unloading, and job-site preparation.
• Maintain accurate vehicle inspection and transportation records.
• Report mechanical issues or equipment concerns promptly.
• Keep company trucks clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Assist with other field-related duties as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Class B CDL required.
• Class A CDL strongly preferred.
• Previous commercial driving experience preferred.
• Experience hauling heavy equipment and operating trailers preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and commercial vehicle safety requirements.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely secure and transport equipment.
• Ability to perform physical labor when needed.
• Dependable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in construction, excavation, septic installation, or a related industry is a plus.
• Ability to pass applicable DOT medical and drug-testing requirements.
