CDL Class B Driver – Roll-Off Driver

Roll-Off Truck Driver — Local Routes | Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do:

• Operate a roll-off truck to deliver, pick up, and service concrete washout containers at local construction sites.
• Safely load, unload, and position containers using the truck’s roll-off equipment.
• Navigate construction sites and tight spaces, checking ground conditions, overhead clearance, and surroundings before backing or operating equipment.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections, properly secure containers and loads, and promptly report maintenance concerns.
• Communicate with dispatch, customers, and coworkers to keep routes running smoothly and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional truck.
• Represent RC Recycling with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude.

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid Class B CDL and clean MVR
• Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience
• Ability to drive a manual transmission
• Experience operating roll-off trucks, dump trucks, or similar heavy commercial vehicles
• Roll-off experience preferred, but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate
• Safe backing skills, sound judgment, and attention to detail
• Dependability, strong communication skills, and a great work ethic
• Willingness to work outdoors in an active construction environment

Pay: $1,540.00 - $1,815.00 per week
