Apartment Bulk Removal Contractor

Responsibilities:
Provide safe, professional, and dependable bulk removal, unit trash-outs, and loose trash removal services at apartment communities. Maintain high-quality work standards and excellent customer service.

Compensation & Payment:

• Paid weekly on Fridays, based on load size and quantity.

• Before-and-after trailer photos are required for every load. Missing documentation may result in reduced or withheld payment.

• Gas is not reimbursed. Dump fees are reimbursed with receipts and before-and-after photos.

Pay Rates

Bulk Removal

• ¼ Load: $140 (1 load/day), $130/load (2 loads), $120/load (3 loads), or $110/load (4+ loads)

• ½ Load: $150

• ¾ Load: $175

• Full Load: $200

Unit Trash-Outs & Loose Trash Removal

• ¼ Load: $150

• ½ Load: $175

• ¾ Load: $200

• Full Load: $275

Additional Compensation

• $25 per flight of stairs, where applicable.

• Parking garage work: Additional compensation capped at $50 per load.

• $25 per load when feces are present.

Insurance Requirements:
Contractors must maintain required commercial general liability insurance with limits of at least $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate. Commercial auto liability insurance is also required when applicable, with the limits specified in the subcontractor agreement.

• Pickup truck with trailer(at least 16ft) or dump truck
• Valid standard driver's license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
• Reliable, hard-working, and positive attitude
• Ability to lift 50lbs or heavier repeatedly
• Ability to work in inclement weather
