Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Septic Truck Driver to join our team. The driver will operate a vacuum/septic truck to service septic tanks, grease traps, and lift stations. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and drive a septic/vacuum truck to customer sites
• Pump and clean septic tanks, grease traps, and lift stations
• Maintain accurate service records and invoices
• Communicate with customers in a professional and respectful manner
• Assist with basic maintenance of equipment and trucks

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license (Class B CDL preferred, but not required)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Previous septic, waste hauling, or related industry experience a plus (training provided if needed)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be dependable and able to work flexible hours

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $18/hour during training (increases with independent work and experience)
• Overtime opportunities
