Schedule Requirements:

• 4:00 AM start time; end time varies based on completion of daily routes (typically up to 4:00 PM)
• Saturday work is required
• Drivers are expected to complete all assigned routes each day—this is a production-based role, not a fixed-hour position

Compensation:

• $22–$25 per hour (based on experience)
• Daily performance bonuses tied to total completed runs

This is a production-based role. Drivers who operate efficiently and complete more runs have the opportunity to earn more.

Position Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Roll-Off Truck Driver to handle deliveries, pickups, and dump runs. This is not just a driving job. You are responsible for managing routes efficiently, communicating with dispatch/customers, and representing the company on job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate roll-off truck safely for delivery, pickup, and dump runs
• Transport and service 20, 30, and 40-yard containers
• Complete multiple runs per day (job site → dump → return)
• Use routing/dispatch software to manage jobs and optimize routes
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and team members
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and equipment
• Ensure proper placement of containers on job sites (driveway-safe when required)
• Assist with light labor or junk removal when needed
• Maintain clean, professional job site presence
• Calling customers when en route
• Communicating professionally with dispatch via text and voice
• Complying with all “Hauling Procedures.”

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• Valid CDL (Class B minimum)
• Proven roll-off truck experience (REQUIRED)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work full days with multiple hauls (high-efficiency mindset)
• Strong understanding of job site safety and equipment handling

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using routing/dispatch software such as:
• Docket
• Salesforce
• ServiceTitan
• or similar logistics/route management systems
• Experience working with contractors, construction sites, or waste operations
• Ability to back into tight job sites and place containers precisely
• Basic mechanical awareness (spotting issues before they become downtime)

Job Type: Full-time
