Roll-Off Truck Driver ( Full-Time Seasonal)

Bin Pro Dumpster Rental is a growing, family-owned roll-off dumpster company. We’re looking for a dependable CDL driver who takes pride in clean equipment, safe work, and taking care of customers.

This is a full-time seasonal position, with steady work through the active season until winter weather slows operations. A driver who proves to be a strong fit may have the opportunity to continue as a long-term member of the Bin Pro team.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a roll-off truck
• Deliver, exchange, and remove dumpsters at residential, commercial, and construction sites
• Complete daily truck inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly
• Secure loads and follow DOT and company safety procedures
• Communicate with dispatch on routes, schedules, and job details
• Represent Bin Pro professionally with customers and on job sites
• Keep your truck clean, organized, and inspection-ready

What We’re Looking For

• Valid CDL Class B or Class A license required
• Clean driving record
• Roll-off, dump truck, construction, farm, or heavy-equipment experience preferred
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Safety-minded and comfortable working outdoors in changing weather
• Professional and friendly with customers
• Able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
