Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and servicinof portable toilets and related equipment at multiple locations.
• Troubleshoot
• Operate company vehicles including box trucks and service vans safely to transport equipment and supplies between sites.
• Install, assemble, or replace portable units and associated accessories according to manufacturer specifications and safety
• Maintain detailed service logs, inventory records, and documentation of repairs performed for each unit.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns professionally and ensuring their sanitation needs are met promptly.Requirements
• Proven experience with equipment troubleshooting, appliance repair, or field service roles; experience with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) is highly valued.
• Valid c class driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles such as box trucks or service vans; delivery driver experience is a plus.
• Ability to read technical diagrams including schematics for troubleshooting electrical or mechanical issues.
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a field service environment.
