Non-CDL Street Sweeper Operator

MMC Land Management, located in Gibsonia, PA, is recognized as Western Pennsylvania's leading commercial landscaping and land management company. We are seeking a dedicated Street Cleaner to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of new homebuilder client neighborhoods. This role involves operating and maintaining an Elgin Broom Badger street sweeper, ensuring that streets are kept clean and presentable. Responsibilities
Operate an Elgin Broom Badger street sweeper to clean streets in residential neighborhoods.
Perform routine maintenance on the street sweeper, including greasing, washing, and basic upkeep of the machine.
Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment at all times.
Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate cleaning schedules and report any issues.
Qualifications
Valid non-CDL driver's license.
At least 2 years of experience operating a street sweeper.
Ability to obtain a DOT medical card and pass a drug screening.
Mechanical aptitude to perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
