Responsibilities and Duties:

• Junk Removal: Lifting and removal of junk from business, residences, and government locations.
• Truck operations: Safety, courteous, and situational awareness around all operations.
• Customer interface: Make the customer feel safe and comfortable through our motto of "Respect, Integrity, and Trust".
• Sales: Onsite selling, job estimations, customer care.
• Marketing & Brand Development: Participation and brainstorming of unique marketing activities.
• Servitude to the community, willingness to help others.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Enjoy working with people and helping others.
• Like to have fun, while being effective and safe.
• Have a sense of duty and responsibility; willing to live by our motto: "Respect, Integrity, and Trust".
• Portray a neat military appearance.
• Have a flexible schedule.
• Be able to lift 75 pounds.
• Have a valid driver's license, with clean record (in the previous 5 years).

No "at fault" accidents, tickets, or DUl's (can be waived for team helper position)

• Be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Crews average $150-$250 in tips per week

Top performing crews make $150-$300 in incentives per month.
