Landscaper / Junk Removal Crew Member

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking crew member to assist with fall cleanups, leaf removal, routine landscaping, and junk removal. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows instructions, and works efficiently to leave every property clean and well maintained.

Responsibilities

• Perform fall cleanups, including removing leaves, branches, weeds, and yard debris.
• Mow lawns, edge sidewalks and driveways, and operate string trimmers and leaf blowers.
• Weed and maintain garden beds, trim shrubs, and spread mulch as needed.
• Remove unwanted furniture, household items, and other approved junk from properties.
• Safely load, unload, and secure debris and materials in trucks or trailers.
• Assist with hauling and proper disposal at designated facilities.
• Protect customer property and clean up work areas after each job.
• Care for company tools and equipment and report damage or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow daily assignments, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions.

Qualifications

• Landscaping experience preferred, especially with commercial mowers, edging, string trimming, and leaf removal.
• Junk removal, moving, or hauling experience is a plus.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to maintain a steady, productive work pace.
• Must have reliable transportation to the designated reporting location.
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work, including walking, bending, lifting, and carrying, with reasonable accommodation as applicable.
• Ability to safely move heavy or bulky items using proper equipment and team lifting.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and handle both landscaping and junk removal assignments.
• Valid driver’s license and experience driving trucks or towing trailers are a plus.

We are looking for someone who shows up on time, works well with a crew, pays attention to detail, and completes each job thoroughly and efficiently.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
