Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
• Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, power tools, and irrigation systems safely and effectively
• Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and pests to assist with proper horticultural care and pesticide management
• Remove debris, trash, and unwanted materials from properties efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
• Assist with hardscape installation and repair projects like pathways or retaining walls as needed
• Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and basic tree health assessments
• Follow safety procedures diligently during all outdoor work activities to ensure a secure work environment

Experience

• Prior outdoor work experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, gardening, planting, and irrigation systems is advantageous
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and grounds equipment operation is highly desirable
• Mechanical knowledge or experience with landscaping machinery enhances your ability to perform tasks efficiently
• Ability to identify plants and understand basic horticultural principles supports quality landscape care
• Commitment to safety protocol adherence ensures a secure working environment for yourself and team members

Pay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hour
