What You’ll Do

• Work as part of a two-person Truck Team
• Remove junk and unwanted items from residential and commercial locations
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Load trucks safely and efficiently
• Drive company vehicles when required
• Keep trucks, equipment, and work areas clean
• Represent 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in a positive and professional manner

Requirements

• Must be 25 years of age or older for insurance purposes
• Valid driver’s license required
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Physically able to lift and carry heavy items
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to work outdoors and in various environments
• Team player who enjoys working with others
• Excellent customer-service skills
• Willingness to work hard and stay active throughout the day

Position & Schedule

• Part-Time: 2–3 days per week
• Full-Time: 4–5 days per week
• Availability: Monday–Saturday
• Start times: Shifts typically begin between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM
• Workdays generally finish between 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM
• Flexible scheduling may be available depending on business needs

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay: $16.90 per hour + tips
• Tips are paid on every paycheck
• Regular performance reviews
• Pay increases available based on performance, reliability, and experience

Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person. A great attitude,

reliability, and willingness to work hard are what matter most!
