Junk Removal Technician / Driver | $20–$22.5 Total Pay

Fire Dawgs Junk Removal is hiring full time Junk Removal Technicians and Drivers to support our growing operations. This is a hands on role combining customer service, physical work, and team based field operations.

Pay and Compensation

• Base hourly pay plus performance bonuses and tips
• Typical total earnings: $20.50 to $22.50 per hour

What You Will Do

• Perform residential and commercial junk removal services
• Safely load and transport furniture, appliances, and construction debris
• Operate company trucks and equipment
• Deliver professional customer service at every job
• Follow safety and property protection standards

Requirements

• Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather
• Valid driver licenses
• Clean driving record
• Must meet company insurance requirements ( 21+)
• Reliable transportation to reporting location

Preferred (Not Required)

• Moving, labor, warehouse, construction, or delivery experience
• Customer service experience
• Experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles
