Junk Removal Helper

JT Junk Solutions is a veteran and family owned junk removal company based in Kyle. We've done 1,000+ jobs in under two years, we're rated 4.9 stars on Google, and we're growing. We need a full-time helper to ride with our lead driver and run jobs across Kyle, Buda, San Marcos, and Austin.

What the job is

• Carrying furniture, appliances, mattresses, yard waste, and construction debris out of homes, garages, and businesses
• Loading the truck tight so we fit more on every trip
• Sweeping every area we touch before we leave
• Unloading at the dump, donation centers, and recyclers
• Being polite and professional with customers inside their homes

What we need from you

• You can lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work outside in Texas heat
• You show up on time, every time. Our customers get an on-time guarantee, so we need that from you too
• You're 18+ and can pass a background check
• A valid driver's license is a plus, not required
• Experience in moving, landscaping, construction, or warehouse work is a plus. A good attitude matters more

What you get

• $17-18/hr, paid weekly, plus customer tips
• Monday-Saturday schedule, about 40 hours a week, 9am-6pm
• Room to grow into a driver or crew lead as we add trucks
• A team that runs on military standards: we do what we say, we treat people right, and we leave it cleaner than we found it
