We're looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our crew. This is a hands-on, physically active position that's a great fit for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a small team.

Important Scheduling Information: Our workload varies from week to week depending on customer demand. Some weeks may offer multiple full days of work, while others may have fewer hours. We're looking for someone who is comfortable with a flexible, part-time schedule and understands that consistent weekly hours are not guaranteed.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the crew lead with residential and commercial junk removal jobs.
• Load furniture, appliances, construction debris, and other unwanted items into our dump truck.
• Safely lift, carry, and move heavy or bulky materials.
• Help keep job sites clean and organized.
• Assist with sorting materials for disposal, donation, or recycling.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized truck, equipment, and work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and crew lead instructions.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work.
• Physically capable of performing demanding labor, including lifting and moving heavy items with appropriate equipment or team assistance.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and professional appearance.
• Reliable transportation to our starting location in El Cajon.
• Previous experience in moving, junk removal, landscaping, construction, or general labor is a plus, but not required.

No commercial driver's license (CDL) or truck-driving experience required.

Compensation & Perks

• $22 per hour starting pay
• Customer tips: Additional earning opportunities on top of hourly wages.
