We are looking for a hands-on leader to join our team as Field Supervisor - Water Transport and Vacuum Truck Services and work closely with drivers and the Area Manager to deliver quality service and ensure efficient execution of customer demands.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise assigned field operations to achieve goals within available resources; plan and organize workloads and staff assignments.
- Coordinate and schedule trucks to cover jobs as needed, ensuring all jobs are adequately staffed and supplied.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate field personnel, review progress and direct changes as necessary.
- Ensure that field tickets are properly completed, signed and submitted to the AR Department.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and direction at job sites, including enforcement of policies, regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with dispatch and drivers to ensure all field operations run smoothly and work is completed according to customer orders.
- Maintain relationships and strong field presence with current customers and build new customer relationships to ensure service quality.
- Perform truck inspections to ensure field personnel maintain and care for equipment properly.
- Respond to field issues, including emergency calls or complaints, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Adhere to Company cultural standards, safety policies, and work requirements.
- Perform additional duties as required by the Area Manager or other supervisors.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean MVR.
- Prior supervisory experience in water transport and vacuum truck service or other oilfield trucking operations preferred.
- Effective communication, critical thinking, problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of equipment, materials, and supplies used in oilfield trucking operations.
- Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.
- Must be available for occasional evening, weekend, and holiday work as needed.

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
