If you have septic pumping experience and hold a current Illinois Private Sewage Disposal System Pumping Contractor license, this is the position for you.

Midwest Septic and Drain Services is looking for a reliable, experienced septic pumper who can independently operate a pump truck, manage a full route, work efficiently, and represent the company professionally.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Safely operate and maintain septic pump trucks
• Independently complete residential and commercial pumping routes
• Pump, clean, and inspect septic tanks and related systems
• Locate septic tank lids and perform minor digging when necessary
• Properly transport and dispose of waste at approved facilities
• Communicate professionally with customers and answer septic maintenance questions
• Keep trucks, tools, and equipment clean and in good working order
• Assist with septic installations, sewer and septic repairs, drain cleaning, equipment maintenance, and other field operations as needed.
• Follow all DOT, CDL, safety, and company procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid CDL Class A or B License
• Clean driving record
• Previous septic pumping experience required
• Illinois Private Sewage Disposal System Pumping Contractor License required
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, motivated, and safety-conscious
• Comfortable performing physical outdoor work and working in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to assist throughout field operations when pumping work is unavailable
