Entry-Level Demolition & Junk Removal Crew Laborer

Full-Time | No Experience Required – We Train

Midwest Junk Removal and Demolition is looking for a dependable, hardworking Crew Laborer to join our team. This is an entry-level position with no demolition or construction experience required.

We're looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard, takes direction well, and wants to learn a skilled trade. You'll work alongside an experienced crew performing demolition and junk removal projects throughout the Kansas City area.

What You'll Do

• Assist with residential and commercial demolition projects
• Remove cabinets, flooring, drywall, fixtures, and other materials
• Load and haul construction debris and unwanted items
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Help protect and maintain clean, organized job sites
• Sort materials for recycling, donation, and disposal
• Assist experienced crew members and equipment operators
• Learn proper demolition techniques and safe work practices
• Perform physically demanding work throughout the day

Experience is not required. Attitude and reliability are.

We're looking for someone who:

• Shows up on time and ready to work

• Can follow instructions and work well with a team
• Is comfortable with physical, hands-on work
• Is willing to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Is willing to learn tools, equipment, and demolition techniques
• Can safely lift and carry heavy materials
• Has reliable transportation to work
• Has a valid driver's license

Experience That Helps — But Isn't Required

Any previous experience with construction, landscaping, moving, warehouse work, farming, concrete, roofing, remodeling, or other physical jobs is a plus.

Skilled Demolition Laborer → Equipment Operator → Crew Lead / Supervisor

Employees who prove themselves dependable and capable can learn additional tools, demolition techniques, truck and trailer operations, and equipment operation.

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional additional hours as projects require
Work Location: Kansas City metro area
