Our drivers play an important role in keeping our grading and excavation projects moving. You’ll work with dispatch and our field crews to haul materials safely and help get the job done right. We value clear communication, a willingness to help, and respect for the people working beside you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operating a dump truck to haul dirt, gravel, stone, and other construction materials.
• Working with dispatch and jobsite crews to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and dumping locations.
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections and promptly reporting maintenance concerns.
• Following company safety procedures on the road and around equipment and people on jobsites.
• Keeping your truck clean and completing required paperwork accurately.
• Representing ASG professionally when working with coworkers, customers, and the public.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who shows up ready to work, takes care of their truck, and understands that a successful day starts with safe decisions.

Qualified applicants should have:

• A valid Class A or Class B CDL appropriate for the assigned truck.
• Current DOT medical certification.
• A safe driving record that meets company driving qualifications.
• Dependability, good communication skills, and a positive attitude.
• The ability to work safely in an active construction environment and follow dispatch instructions.

Previous dump truck or construction hauling experience is preferred. Applicants must meet company pre-employment screening requirements.
