Get Paid to Exercise

This is not a driving job where you spend your entire day sitting behind the wheel.

You'll be moving.

Couches. Furniture. Appliances. Household goods. Construction debris. And plenty of things that don't fit neatly into a category.

For the right person, that's part of the appeal.

When the workday is finished, you're finished. There won't be projects hanging over your head and incomplete work you take home with you. You can see what you accomplished, clock out and go live your life.

Work 4 Days. Have 3 Days for Yourself.

Our target schedule is four approximately 10-hour shifts per week, with most team members working roughly 35–45 hours per week.

We're closed Sundays.

Your other workdays can vary, and whenever possible, we give our team flexibility in designing a schedule that works for their lives. Want additional shifts? There are often opportunities to pick them up.

Saturday availability is required.

Your Performance Actually Matters to Your Pay

Everyone begins as a Navigator at $15/hour base pay for 3 weeks. The next 5 weeks will be spent as a Truck Operator at $15.50/hour. But base pay is only part of how our Fleet Team earns.

We've built a performance-based compensation system that rewards the things that make our company successful: productivity, sales, customer experience, leadership, teamwork and individual performance.

High performers frequently earn $10-$15+ per hour above their base wage, with our highest performers exceeding $18/hour above base.

The point is simple: There are lots of ways to earn.

Time to Get Real

The work is physically demanding. You'll work when it's hot. You'll work when it's cold. Sometimes you'll work in the rain.

Your schedule isn't perfectly predictable every day. A job can take longer than expected. Traffic happens. Customers add things. And yes, you're going to become familiar with the local dump.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry heavy items, including items weighing 100+ pounds with team assistance when appropriate
• Saturday availability
• Professional attitude and strong customer service instincts
• Continuous learning mindset
• Customer experience skills, including respect and empathy for customers
• Ability to obtain DoT medical certification
• Motivating and upbeat attitude
