Job Responsibilities

As our Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will help homeowners learn about our residential trash collection services and explain why switching to our company may be a better choice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Going door-to-door in residential neighborhoods to speak directly with homeowners.
• Asking homeowners about their current trash collection provider.
• Explaining our trash collection services, pricing, and benefits.
• Comparing our services with competitors and helping homeowners find a better value.
• Encouraging homeowners to switch to our company when we can offer a competitive advantage.
• Signing up new residential customers for trash pickup.
• Answering questions and providing accurate information about our services.
• Recording new customer information and completed sign-ups.
• Representing our company professionally and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is comfortable approaching homeowners and speaking face-to-face.
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is confident explaining services and discussing pricing.
• Is motivated, dependable, and self-directed.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Has reliable transportation to travel between neighborhoods.
• Is willing to work outdoors and walk residential neighborhoods.

Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. We welcome applicants with the right attitude who are eager to learn.

Work Schedule

This position is intended for someone who can work approximately five days per week.

The specific schedule and daily hours will be discussed during the hiring process.
