What You’ll Do

As a Crew Chief, you lead a small team (1–3 people) through daily jobs while working alongside them.

This is a physically active, fast-paced role.

You will:

• Lead your crew on residential and commercial jobs
• Interact directly with customers and represent the company
• Set pricing and guide customers through the process
• Load, remove, and haul items (furniture, debris, etc.)
• Keep jobs running efficiently and safely
• Hold your team accountable to performance standards
