Construction Laborer

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our traveling field crew. This is not a desk job and it’s not for everyone — but if you like real work, the open road, and the freedom of life on the job, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Performing physical, hands-on field work in outdoor and industrial environments
• Traveling to job sites (sometimes for extended periods)
• Assisting with equipment operation, site work, and daily field tasks
• Performing basic mechanical and maintenance work as needed
• Keeping a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Being a dependable team member in a fast-moving, dirty, real-world setting

What We’re Looking For

• Willingness to travel and stay away from home for weeks at a time
• Comfort with hard, physical, dirty work
• Reliable transportation to the departure point
• Ability to follow directions and work safely
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pluses (not required, but helpful)

• Experience operating heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, skid steers, etc.)
• Mechanical aptitude or hands-on mechanical skills
• Previous construction, excavation, demolition, or outdoor labor experience
