Class A/B Street Sweeper Driver

We are currently looking for drivers with a class A or B license to join our team!

Duties

• Operate full-size commercial street sweeper and related equipment in order to sweep/clean streets
• Complete daily reports.
• Conduct on-the-job training
• Inspect tools and equipment for safety and mechanical defects
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections daily
• Attention to detail
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspection on assigned equipment
• Be proactive in reporting equipment issue
• Maintain work records including Logs (if required)
• Follow oral and written directions.
• Be courteous and professional
• Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
• Must be willing to travel out of town for work.

Skills

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a valid California Class A or B Driver's License with the ability to drive vehicles with air brakes.
• Must have a valid Medical Certificate.
• Good driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Must join Union.
