Position Overview

This position is responsible for operating pump trucks to service septic tanks, grease traps, and related wastewater systems. No prior septic experience is required — we provide hands-on training.

This is a physical, job that requires professionalism, safety awareness, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A or B CDL pump trucks
• Pump and clean residential and commercial septic systems
• Service commercial grease traps and interceptors
• Inspect tanks and report system concerns to customers
• Complete service documentation accurately
• Follow all safety and environmental regulations
• Provide professional, courteous customer service
• Maintain cleanliness of truck and equipment

Requirements

• Valid Class A or B CDL (required)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable performing physical labor
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

No septic or grease trap experience required. We will train the right candidate.

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Experience operating vacuum or pump trucks
• Mechanical aptitude
• Construction, plumbing, or environmental services background
