Position Overview
This position is responsible for operating pump trucks to service septic tanks, grease traps, and related wastewater systems. No prior septic experience is required — we provide hands-on training.
This is a physical, job that requires professionalism, safety awareness, and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A or B CDL pump trucks
- Pump and clean residential and commercial septic systems
- Service commercial grease traps and interceptors
- Inspect tanks and report system concerns to customers
- Complete service documentation accurately
- Follow all safety and environmental regulations
- Provide professional, courteous customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of truck and equipment
Requirements
- Valid Class A or B CDL (required)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable performing physical labor
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
No septic or grease trap experience required. We will train the right candidate.
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Experience operating vacuum or pump trucks
- Mechanical aptitude
- Construction, plumbing, or environmental services background
