CDL Vac Truck and Septic Truck Drivers

A1 Sanitation is seeking motivated, reliable CDL drivers to join our growing team in the Flathead Valley. If you are an experienced driver who enjoys Montana roads, new challenges, and a role that gets you out of the cab and into the action, we want to hear from you.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $30–$40/hour (depending on experience) following a 2-week training period.
• Hours: FT/PT positions available. 35–45 hours/week; rotating weekends during peak season.
• Benefits: PTO, Sick Time, and Holiday Pay.
• Healthcare: 50% employer contribution to your health plan (stipulations apply).

Requirements:

• Valid CDL with a clean driving record.
• Experience with Montana driving conditions.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Strong customer service skills for brief client interactions.
