Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
- Master the Heavy Haul: Safely drive roll-off trucks to haul waste, construction debris, or recyclables across assigned local routes.
- Hook, Lift, & Roll: Operate hydraulic hoists and cables to load, unload, and position 10-to-40-yard open-top containers and industrial compactors.
- Precision Placement: Navigate tight construction sites and commercial properties with expert mirror and maneuvering skills.
- Safety First: Inspect loads, secure cables/tarping, and complete daily pre/post-trip vehicle inspections.
What We’re Looking For
- Credentials: Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class A or B) in good standing.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience (Roll-off experience preferred).
- Physical Fitness: Capability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb truck steps/beds, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safe operations.
