Position Summary
Katsam Property Services is seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Regenerative Air Sweeper Driver to operate street and parking lot sweeping equipment for commercial, municipal, and construction properties. The ideal candidate will safely operate regenerative air sweepers while maintaining high-quality service standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This position requires attention to detail, safe driving practices, and the ability to work independently in various weather and traffic conditions.

Katsam Property Services is seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Regenerative Air Sweeper Driver to operate street and parking lot sweeping equipment for commercial, municipal, and construction properties. The ideal candidate will safely operate regenerative air sweepers while maintaining high-quality service standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate regenerative air sweeper trucks safely and efficiently
- Perform sweeping services for streets, parking lots, construction sites, and commercial properties
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain daily equipment and report mechanical issues promptly
- Empty debris hoppers and dispose of waste properly
- Follow assigned routes and schedules
- Maintain accurate driver logs and service records
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, dispatchers, and customers
- Assist with minor equipment maintenance and cleaning
- Valid CDL License (Class B minimum; Class A preferred)
- Clean driving record
- Previous sweeper or heavy equipment experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb in/out of equipment regularly
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Exposure to dust, noise, and traffic environments
