Ready to build a career in a fast-paced, professional automotive environment? We’re adding an Entry-Level Parts Technician to our team — someone who’s motivated, detail-focused, and ready to grow in a shop that runs with purpose.

This is not your average salvage yard position.

We specialize in dismantling late-model, high-end domestic and foreign vehicles — from lifted diesel trucks and luxury SUVs to performance cars like Escalades, Maseratis, and supercharged Corvettes. You’ll work in a clean, modern facility alongside a team that genuinely enjoys what they do.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Carefully remove parts from our donor vehicles for customer orders
• Remove drivetrain, suspension, interiors, and body components
• Use proper safety procedures while operating lifts, hoists, and forklifts
• Organize, tag, and stage parts for inventory and e-commerce sales
• Maintain workflow efficiency across a wide range of makes and models
• Help ensure every part leaving the shop meets our quality standards

No reassembly work — we focus on clean, efficient teardown.

What Makes a Great Fit

• Experience with parts removal or general automotive repair
• Confidence using air tools, hand tools, and power tools safely
• Forklift or shop equipment experience (a plus, not required)
• Ability to stay productive and self-manage throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
