Rebirth Biofuels is hiring a CDL Class A or Class B (with Tanker endorsement) Driver to run our used cooking oil and grease trap waste collection routes. We collect material from commercial customers, clean and process it, and sell the finished product to a local refinery — keeping jobs and revenue in the local community while properly diverting waste from the environment. We're hiring immediately and looking to put the right driver to work right away, with advancement opportunities as you grow with us.

What You'll Do

• Run planned collection routes for non-hazardous material (used cooking oil and grease trap waste)
• Safely load and unload material at each stop
• Maintain a clean, well-presented truck and represent the company professionally at every customer location
• Complete routes according to plan and DOT hours-of-service requirements
• Assist with plant work when needed — your guaranteed rate carries over

What You Bring

• Valid CDL Class A, or Class B with Tanker endorsement
• Ability to drive a 10-speed manual transmission truck preferred (most of our fleet is automatic; drivers who can't yet drive manual are welcome to apply at $1.00/hr less until they're able to)
• Clean driving record
• Reliable, safety-focused approach to the job

Compensation & Benefits

• $26.10/hr guaranteed on routes completed on plan ($1.00/hr less until a driver can operate our manual transmission trucks); $19/hr for hours run over plan
• Guaranteed rate maintained when asked to do plant work
• Commission opportunities for new accounts, emergency call-outs, and truck rentals
• Planned 40–45 hours/week, paid weekly
• Health insurance — 50% employer match after 30 days
