Position Overview
The Service Technician is responsible for operating a vacuum truck, servicing septic and holding tanks, completing daily routes, communicating professionally with customers, and making sure every job is completed safely, cleanly, and correctly.
This is a very hands-on position for someone who is able to work with 4" hoses, and are comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and conditions, who wants a job with a positive relaxed positive culture, and operating a job that our customers value greatly.
Responsibilities
Operate a septic pump truck safely and professionally.
Pump septic tanks, holding tanks, grease traps, and related wastewater systems.
Complete assigned daily routes efficiently and on time.
Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners and customers.
Maintain accurate paperwork, service records, and job notes.
Keep truck, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
Follow all safety, disposal, and environmental regulations.
Represent the company with professionalism on every jobsite.

Qualifications
Valid driver’s license required.
Class A or B CDL, tanker endorsement (flexible, if you're willing to obtain)
Clean driving record preferred.
Ability to work independently.
Comfortable working outdoors in Wisconsin weather.
Experience with septic, trucking, farming, excavation, construction, plumbing, or equipment operation is a plus.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
