Job Title: CDL B Septic Truck Driver

Pay: $25–$32 per hour (Based on Experience)

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking CDL B driver to join our excavation and septic team. This position involves operating a septic truck, performing pumping services, and working directly with customers. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in hands-on environments, including dealing with waste systems, and has a strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Operate septic and vacuum trucks safely and efficiently
• Perform septic pumping and disposal services
• Assist with excavation work as needed
• Communicate with customers on-site and explain services
• Identify service opportunities and upsell when appropriate
• Maintain accurate service records and paperwork
• Follow all safety and environmental regulations

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class B license with clean driving record
• Ability to handle physically demanding work
• Comfortable working with septic systems and waste materials
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and participate in sales opportunities
• Experience in septic, excavation, or similar field
