Roll-Off Truck Driver

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a roll-off truck to transport and deliver waste materials to designated locations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition
- Secure and properly load/unload waste containers onto the truck using appropriate equipment
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Communicate with dispatch to receive instructions and update on delivery status
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and waste disposal

Qualifications:

-Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is required due to regular communication with Spanish-speaking customers and jobsite personnel.

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Minimum 2 year of experience operating commercial vehicles such as rear loader trucks, dump trucks, or similar vehicles
- Proficient in operating vehicles with automatic transmissions
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks related to loading/unloading waste containers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines

Skills:
- Commercial driving experience
- Familiarity with rear loader trucks, delivery trucks, dump trucks, flatbeds, or rear loader trucks, roll-off truck
- Proficiency in operating vehicles with automatic transmissions
- Ability to safely load and unload waste containers
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual labor
