Pay: $25–$30/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift, Home Daily — No overnight travel!

What You’ll Do

• Operate roll-off trucks to pick up and deliver containers at construction job sites, businesses, and residential locations.
• Ensure safe loading, securing, and unloading of materials according to DOT and company standards.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers to stay on schedule and handle any on-site issues.
• Perform light maintenance or assist with minor truck repairs when needed.
• Always drive safely and represent Construction Containers with professionalism on the road and at job sites.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid CDL license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating roll-off trucks or similar heavy equipment (dump trucks, front loaders, etc.).
• Knowledge of basic truck maintenance and safety procedures.
• Manual transmission experience a plus.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and customer-focused attitude.
